The ROCK Advertising Group began designing & fabricating high-end custom specialty signage in 1992, and quickly emerged as one of Canada's premier digital services companies. The company grew to include coveted original graphic design, an award winning web division, and one of the most prominent digital reprographic shops in Canada. Beginning in 1995, ROCK's offering grew to include sponsorship sales services in the form of Contractually Obligated Income ("COI"). The company focused on clientele that included industries such as sports, shopping, transportation and government. As a result, ROCK was able to provide its clients with a full service spectrum that spans custom sponsorship sales programs through to manufacturing and an array of fulfillment services such as audio, visual, scoring, and signage solutions.

In 2001, ROCK physically expanded its operations to the USA, concentrating primarily on delivering fulfillment products and services to sales based companies within the sports, shopping, and outdoor advertising industries. Recently, ROCK USA has engaged in designing and executing sophisticated sponsorship programs for a growing number of US based clients.

Over the past 15 years, ROCK has made strong investments in technology and manufacturing. The company's investments in the LED industry provides incredibly strong factory capabilities which includes in-factory project management, essential for custom product solutions. Additionally, investments and partnerships in the audio, scoring, and signage industries have reinforced the company's ability to deliver a wide array of custom products and services. Specific to scoring and timing systems, ROCK's partnership with OES has resulted in an excellent offering for the sports industry that seamlessly blends scoring and visual products harmoniously.
